I highly recommend Alanna! I came in showing inspiration pictures and told her what length I preferred and she gave me advice and gave me her opinion which I highly appreciated! She took her time and gave me EXACTLY what I was looking for. She spent time making sure I got what I wanted and took time styling to achieve the look I was going for. Highly recommend

Got a haircut at 6pm today and didn’t mind taking so long to have it done. New woman there with died Garnett hair who made clear a few things - 1. She didn’t know how to do a fade. 2. She doesn’t like doing men’s haircuts. That fact was repeated multiple times. I was fortunate enough to have a shorter redhead lady to my haircut as she attempted to teach the new employee to do one. However- she was not interested. Not a fan of someone actively not liking a haircut while she is doing it and “my attention span is low” as she was being kindly taught. I might find a new place to go because honestly I don’t want this experience. There’s a saying “it’s not what you do, it’s how you make them feel” in customer service and I felt like I was a damper in the new lady’s night and not welcomed. Thank you to the woman who finished my hair cut.
